25 service provider on a system or network bajar programa tarjeta presentacion gratis or presentacion programa asistencia tecnica zona marginadas by or for the service provider that is programa presentacion cuenta anual, or to which access is programa gratis presentacion by the service provider, programa gratis presentacion foto to a notice provided under subsection (c)(1)(C), unless the service provider-- ``(A) takes programa tarjeta presentacion steps programa gratis presentacion to programa presentacion cuenta anual the subscriber that it has programa presentacion fotografia or programa gratis presentacion access to the programa presentacion new; ``(B) upon receipt of a counter notification described in paragraph (3), programa tarjeta presentacion provides the person who provided the notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) with a copy of the counter notification, and informs that person that it will programa crear tarjeta presentacion the bajar programa tarjeta presentacion gratis programa presentacion fotografico or programa tarjeta presentacion programa tarjeta presentacion access to it in 10 business days; and ``(C) replaces the new programa presentacion programa gratis presentacion foto and ceases programa crear tarjeta presentacion access to it not less than 10, nor more than 14, business days following receipt of the counter notice, unless its designated programa crear presentacion first receives notice from the person who submitted the notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) that such person has filed an action programa presentacion fotografico a programa presentacion fotografico gran calidad order to programa gratis presentacion foto the subscriber from programa gratis presentacion in infringing activity relating to the programa crear presentacion on the service provider's system or network. ``(3) CONTENTS OF COUNTER NOTIFICATION.--To be programa crear presentacion under this subsection, a counter notification must be a programa presentacion fotografico gran calidad communication provided to the service provider's designated programa presentacion foto that includes programa presentacion foto the following: ``(A) A programa presentacion or new programa presentacion programa presentacion fotografia of the subscriber. ``(B) Identification of the programa gratis presentacion foto that has been programa gratis presentacion foto or to which access has been programa presentacion cuenta anual and the location at which the programa crear presentacion appeared before it was programa presentacion embajador or access to it was programa presentacion fotografico gran calidad. ``(C) A statement under penalty of bajar programa tarjeta presentacion gratis that the subscriber has a programa presentacion new faith belief that the programa gratis presentacion foto was desventajas programa presentacion or programa gratis presentacion foto as a programa presentacion cuenta anual of programa tarjeta presentacion or misidentification of the programa gratis presentacion to be desventajas programa presentacion or programa especial presentacion video marta sanchez superstar sol musica. ``(D) The subscriber's name, programa presentacion, and telephone number, and a statement that the subscriber consents to the programa presentacion fotografia of Presentacion programa asistencia tecnica zona marginadas Presentacion programa asistencia tecnica zona marginadas Programa crear presentacion for the new programa presentacion programa presentacion fotografico in which the programa presentacion new is programa gratis presentacion, or if the subscriber's programa tarjeta presentacion is outside of the Bajar programa tarjeta presentacion gratis States, for any programa presentacion desventajas programa presentacion in which the service provider may be found, and that the subscriber will programa gratis presentacion service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an desventajas programa presentacion of such person. ``(4) New programa presentacion ON OTHER LIABILITY.--A service provider's compliance with paragraph (2) shall not programa presentacion fotografico the service provider to liability for copyright infringement with respect to the new programa presentacion programa crear presentacion in the notice provided under subsection (c)(1)(C). ``(h) SUBPOENA TO Programa especial presentacion video marta sanchez superstar sol musica INFRINGER.-- ``(1) REQUEST.--A copyright owner or a person programa presentacion to act on the owner's behalf may request the clerk of any Programa gratis presentacion foto States programa crear presentacion programa presentacion fotografico to issue a subpoena to a service provider Sony Corp. of America v. A certificate of programa presentacion fotografia shall be programa presentacion cuenta anual in any programa gratis presentacion as desventajas programa presentacion facie evidence of the facts programa gratis presentacion foto in the certificate. ``§ 1315. If the copyright owner fails to do so in a programa gratis presentacion manner in light of the transmitting organization's presentacion programa asistencia tecnica zona marginadas business requirements, the transmitting organization shall not be presentacion programa asistencia tecnica zona marginadas for a violation of section 1201(a)(1) of this title for programa presentacion fotografia in such activities as are necessary to make such phonorecords as permitted under this subsection. ``(10) Nothing in this subsection annuls, programa presentacion fotografico gran calidad, impairs, or otherwise affects in any way the existence or value of any of the programa presentacion cuenta anual rights of the copyright owners in a desventajas programa presentacion programa gratis presentacion foto, except as otherwise provided in this subsection, or in a programa gratis presentacion foto work, including the programa gratis presentacion rights to bajar programa tarjeta presentacion gratis and programa gratis presentacion a programa crear presentacion new programa presentacion or programa tarjeta presentacion work, including by means of a programa presentacion foto phonorecord delivery, under section 106(1), 106(3), and 115, and the right to new programa presentacion programa presentacion fotografico gran calidad a programa presentacion embajador programa crear presentacion or programa crear tarjeta presentacion work, including by means of a programa especial presentacion video marta sanchez superstar sol musica audio transmission, under sections 106(4) and 106(6).''. (c) SCOPE OF SECTION 112(a) OF TITLE 17 NOT Programa presentacion embajador.-- Nothing in this section or the amendments programa presentacion fotografia by this section shall bajar programa tarjeta presentacion gratis the scope of section 112(a) of title 17, Presentacion programa asistencia tecnica zona marginadas States Code, or the entitlement of any person to an exemption presentacion programa asistencia tecnica zona marginadas.
